rowPageBreak 'avoid' verhindert das Splitten einer Zeile am Seitenumbruch,
das bisher Datum/Art/Status auf der Folgeseite leer liess. Firma/Stelle/Art
werden HTML-dekodiert (z.B. "&" -> "&"), leere Werte zeigen "—".
